The SIGMA TS‑171 Tripod Socket is a dedicated tripod foot designed to provide a stable and secure mounting solution for select SIGMA telephoto lenses. Supplied as standard with the SIGMA 200mm F2 DG OS | Sports, this tripod foot serves as a spare or replacement for the original. Constructed for durability and precise balance, it features an Arca‑Swiss type dovetail for direct use on compatible tripod heads.
It can be removed by four bolts and replaced with the separately sold interchangeable tripod socket TS-151 depending on your needs.
